Monthly Round Up: November

I’m trying something new! I love to do reflections and thought it’d be fun for you to join me on this endeavor. Plus, I love reading others, like Leonie Dawson and Austin Kleon.

How my November went:

November was a bit rough for me. An uncle passed away. And all I could think about was my cousins losing their father and it brought up so much trauma of my own father’s death. It was busy too and I felt the fringe of burnout coming on, but I was able to take a step back, take a breath, and get my prioritize in order and pause all the rest. I had more things planned for December, work and personal life wise, but November and those eclipses were no joke. I’m so proud of myself for recognizing the signs and giving myself the time and space to rest (definitely a privilege that not all can have).

November Highlights:
Personal:

  • I organized 2 family events and we had fun, including my grandpa’s 92nd bday. The party planner in me never stops. I almost bought an air compressor and hundreds of balloons after I watched a youtube of how easy balloon arches were. Lol. Glad I leaned into my emotional wave and let that urge pass. That would have been exhausting.

  • I got my hair highlighted. It had been over 6 months and while I do not like the process of getting my hair done (it takes 3-5 hours), I feel so good when I get it done. A true act of self care.

  • Spent a lot of time with my grandparents before they became snowbirds and headed to FL for the winter.

  • Was there for my family during this heavy time.

  • Went to an escape room and lost. It was my second one and so much more fun than the first. Way less math. Plus they say only 30-40% win that room so I feel good about our loss.

  • I recorded a podcast around study abroad, travel, and learning about a “homemaker” school in Iceland.

  • I planted my garden (like…2 months too late, lol). I might not be able to get a crop of peas or beets because of the frost but I’ll never know if I don’t try. I’ve also got 3 types of carrots, 2 types of cabbage, kale, and green onions.

  • And I was able to get outside a lot. Look at that second photo — during last full moon with a giant ring around it.

Business:

  • I finished Rewired & Limitless: Burnout Edition and was so amazed by what came up and the transformation that took place. This was my beta round and I learned and affirmed so much. I’ll probably talk about this more in a later post, but I was surprised (and also not) by how many unconscious beliefs and blocks we all have around fun. This was such a powerful offering and can’t wait to run it again in 2022.

  • I hosted the Energy Clearing 101 Workshop and it was so fun! The energy healing was super potent, all around awakening your inner healer and powerful being inside of you. Many folks told me they enjoyed it and are now using my visualization techniques to keep their energy clear. Love it! I’ll be turning this into a freebie soon, so be on the lookout for it.

  • I launched three new energy healing downloads and bundled it into a new collection: Energy Clearing Collection. I love these downloads because it makes energy healing so accessible. I honestly listen to them all the time. Now with the Energy Clearing Collection, when I’m lazy or tired, I can just hit play and relax instead of doing the work myself. Instant energy healing.

  • I also launched a Black Friday Energy Healing Download Bundle where you can purchase all my energy healing downloads for a massive discount. Save $34 until Saturday, Dec 4th.

  • Interviewed by Totems and Tarot, a friend and colleague. You can view the interview HERE. We chatted about sisterhood, the importance of community, and Mystic Rose.Co and I’s Sisterhood: Rising Session Secret Circle! We have a free open house on Dec 9 and doors open to register immediately afterwards. The first 3 new folks to sign up for the sisterhood receive free 1x1s with Sarah and I!

My favorite content that I created this month:

All in all, I’m celebrating:

  • My ability to listen to my body and then take the action to support myself.

  • Successful 1st Rewired & Limitless Program! So so proud of myself for creating such a powerful and sacred container and the transformation that happened. And so honored that folks trusted me to help support their transformation.

  • I live by the motto: be the person you needed when you were younger. And for a few people this month, I was the support I needed and wish I had. And I’m celebrating that I was able to be vulnerable to be there for folks. (Because that was not always the case.)

Now for December…

I imagine December will be quiet from me. My mom is having a big surgery and I’ll be prepping for that. Plus I want to do some behind the scene things to get 2022 ready for myself and for the biz.

December goals:

Personal:

  • Prep house/meals/emotions for my mom’s surgery at end of Dec. Including decorating for the holidays to make the darker nights more festive.

  • Celebrate my birthday!! I’m not sure what I want to do yet. Maybe play Clue? It’s one of my favorite games and I’m so damn good at it.

  • Celebrate winter solstice.

Work:

  • Experiment more with tiktok and make videos that are more informational and planned and fun!

  • Write up thoughts about Rewired & Limitless: Burnout Edition.

  • Organize Setting Course Goal Setting workshop for Jan/Feb. 2020’s was so much fun and this year I have some fun plans, including a notion template.

  • Start organizing and teasing my new 2022 offering. No name yet. And confused on some of the details (keep waiting for universe to guide me, as I always do). But it’s going to be
