My goal of these monthly sessions are to come together and send love and energy to the planet.

We are stronger together.
We can make a difference.



However, it’s important to remember that thoughts and prayers are not enough.

We must take action on white supremacy and all its byproducts (racism, ableism, capitalism, sexism, colonization, climate crisis, prison industrial complex, food scarcity/deserts, individualism…).
